This creation is led by Chef Warat Areerom (Chef Bic), whose culinary journey includes training in some of the world’s most renowned Michelin-starred kitchens in London, including Core by Clare Smyth and Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. His mastery of classical technique brings a new level of precision, delicacy, and balance to this iconic Thai dish.
The result is a Khao Chae that is lighter, more refined, and quietly expressive — where tradition is preserved, yet elevated through a contemporary lens.
